Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be requested.
• If work has already begun, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• No refunds will be issued once the final design files have been delivered.
